I’m Blanca, a Registered Psychotherapist, and I’m here to help you feel better and find your way through tough times. Before I became a therapist, I worked as an Quality Manager in the car industry and lived in six different countries, which helped me understand a lot about stress, trauma and different people and cultures.

When we work together, you’ll find a friendly and open space where you can talk about anything on your mind. I speak both English and Spanish, and I use different techniques like mindfulness and talking therapy to help you heal, and feel more in control and confident.

Whether you’re dealing with stress, sadness, or big changes in your life, I’m here to support you every step of the way. My two dogs at home remind me of the importance of companionship and trust, and I aim to offer the same in our sessions. Together, we’ll work toward a happier and more balanced life for you.
